We had a blast with hired bikes daytrip to the shores of Loch Ness and the woods and countryside around it. Ticket to Ride bikes are excellent, the app they use is very diversity-friendly so one can happily bounce off and back on the route and the staff was really helpful and friendly. Easy to recommend!

Thanks, Ryan at Ticket to Ride, for making our e-bike trip in Inverness so great. We reserved e-bikes in advance of our trip and he was invaluable prior to the trip to ensure we had the right size bikes, pedals, etc., plus pointing us to their recommended app plus guided maps with turn-by-turn directions. We also liked the well-marked bike paths from Inverness to Loch Ness. We also had time to complete the Caledonian Canal self-guided tour to see a bit more of Inverness on the same day. Inverness was lovely, and we really appreciated Ticket to Ride.

Excellent service and good bikes, no issues! We had two MTBs for two days and went around Loch Ness. Highly recommended!

Great service. I emailed them at the end of the day and bike was booked straight away for the next day. Bike was in great condition and the map and audio guidance app took me from Inverness to Loch Ness with no issue. Loved my day out. Would highly recommend.

Amazingly well maintained bikes and extremely helpful and accommodating staff. Scored amazing weather on our ride from Inverness to Dores at Loch Ness.

4 of us hired hybrid bikes to do a couple of days touring locally whilst staying in Inverness . We couldn't have asked for a better service! The bikes themselves were in tip top condition (nearly brand new; all kitted out with lights; very well maintained) , as were the helmets and panniers. Most importantly, Lindsay and his team were super friendly and helpful, even at the booking stage. They had suggested routes to us , and also let us keep the bikes for a few hours extra at the last minute when we got stuck. The routes locally are all stunning! We enjoyed short rides to Culloden, Cawdor and Nairns but didn't have time for longer rides. We'd love to come back and hire the bikes for longer, and explore further afield! A huge thank-you!

I hired a mountain bike for two days to cycle the GGW. Excellent contact before I picked up the bike. Excellent service on arrival. Great advice given and the bike was perfectly set up - no problems on the ride at all. Would highly recommend this business.

Fun time cycling to Loch Ness and back. Pretty views and a close up meeting with a horse and some lambs… highly recommend. The bike shop is so helpful and set you up with everything you need!!! Made for a great few hours!

Service was excellent. I was fitted with a bike that worked beautifully and given help to download an app and the route. It was so simple to follow. I tucked my phone into the phone carrier fitted to my bike and off I went. It was easy to follow the voice directions so I was able to enjoy the route which was all on cycle paths or delightful rural lanes. A great experience.
